dandicast

It seems that podcasting is my destiny. I’ve dabbled with it since 2006, and have recently launched a brand new show: “The Design and Illustration Podcast”. Which can also be called “the dandicast” (har, har). Cute, lovable, fun (like me).

You can get to it here: /dandicast/.

The dandicast is a casual show, with the goal of bringing attention to interesting people, websites, and techniques that are connected to pretty things on the web. Each week will leap-frog between guests and free-flow art (though I expect the content format will evolve as the episodes are created).

A few things to note: There’s not an RSS feed or iTunes link yet, these are next on the priority list, so you’ll have to just visit the site directly for downloads. Also, the general branding of the page is still connected to that of this website until a new UI is completed. It was important for me to just get the episodes started, considering how tight my time is between work and family these days (I’d rather have a show with no site, than a site with no show).

I’m still in need of people who would like to sponsor the show. I’m currently accepting any amount of support, and if you do choose to donate you will be credited at the end (with a name, url, twitter handle, or company logo). This is so that I can continue to produce high quality episodes every week.

Because I am interested in making the show better, I’m always interested in hearing your opinions. So if you have anything you need me to hear outside of this blog post, you can hit me up on my contact form, or email “dandi (at) antonpeck (dot) com”.
